Services

Permits

No event is official without a permit in hand. It is our job to ensure this happens. We will work with city and film services to acquire the necessary permitting for your event. In addition, we also conduct onsite walk-thrus with fire/public assembly, building and safety, and other city officials to obtain approval and sign-off while you continue to focus on the creative elements of your event. It is our primary goal to ensure a safe work environment. In doing so, we work closely with on-site safety officers and security to maintain a properly organized and fortified environment.

Site Plans

While finding the right location is extremely important to the success of your event, this is only the first step. How you partition the property once onsite will help boost productivity. From trailers to tents, restrooms to barricades, and video trucks to generators, everything needs a place to live. We work tirelessly with all departments to make certain all entities and personnel are able to live harmoniously with one another. We use engineering software to create the site plans, giving your team a birds eye view of how everything will land before we move to venue.

On-Site Logistics

At any given venue, parking can be a beast. Our team not only handles parking allocation, but we oversee parking pass distribution, maps and overall parking budget. No build is successful without the arrival of its equipment. Our team will manage all deliveries to venue and ensure they get to the proper personnel. We source and manage all vendors, including, but not limiting to, restrooms, talent trailers, production offices, tents, dumpsters, barricades and traffic control equipment. Go For Site Management handles all your key infrastructure for a successful event.
